Hello Dads,

Here is a good chance to review some key points from previous newsletters.

Please rate yourself, using a scale of 1 to 10, on how you feel you are doing with each of the following issues, and then respond as the Holy Spirit leads.

1) YOU HAVE TO REALIZE THAT GOD HAS MADE EACH OF YOUR CHILDREN WITH THEIR OWN UNIQUE PERSONALITY AND CHARACTERISTICS. YOUR JOB IS TO THEN GUIDE EACH CHILD IN THE WAY THAT GOD INTENDS. (From Proverbs 22:6)

2) GOD WANTS YOU TO TEACH YOUR CHILDREN THE BIBLE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. (From Deuteronomy 6:6-7)

3) DO YOU REQUIRE YOUR CHILDREN TO ALWAYS BE RESPECTFUL TO THEIR MOTHER? (From Ephesians 6:2)

4) NO MORE SARCASM WITH OUR CHILDREN (From Colossians 3:21)

5) PUT ALL THE TIME AND EFFORT INTO YOUR CHILDREN THAT IS NEEDED OR YOU WILL REGRET IT FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE.

6) RATHER THAN LORDING IT OVER OUR WIVES, WE NEED TO WORK TOGETHER, CONSIDERING THEIR INTEREST AT LEAST EQUAL TO OUR OWN AND SERVING THEM IN A WAY THAT ENCOURAGES THEM TO BE ALL THAT GOD WANTS THEM TO BE. (From Eph 5:21 & 25-33)
